Day 15 and 16

Day Fifteen- Are you vegan or vegetarian? If so, has this helped you lose weight? If not, would you ever consider turning vegan or vegetarian?

I’m not vegan or vegetarian. Although, I try to limit my intake and use of animal products, and I’m sensible to buying local produce.

Day Sixteen- When did you first decide to lose weight?

When I was, I dunno, 10 haha. This is just the first time I’ve done it properly.

Day fourteen- What’s your UGW? When you expect to reach it?

If I had to pick a number then, I dunno, maybe somewhere between 56-58kg?

I’m in no rush together there though. Just eating healthy, exercising, taking one day at a time.

Day Twelve- What do you normally eat?

Oats, muesli, fruit, yoghurt, veg, chicken, brown rice, soup, toast, wraps, the occasional chocolate, etc……

Started level two of 30 day shred today, after doing 45 mins of upper body strength workouts, and 20 minutes of hard cardio.

I may have been a little too keen.
